Fibroids
Fibroids, also known as uterine fibroids or leiomyomas, are non-cancerous growths that develop in or around the uterus, the reproductive organ in women. They are composed of muscle and connective tissue and can vary in size, ranging from very small to quite large. They are among the most common types of tumors found in women's reproductive systems.
